Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at jawadandrabi639@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and certain non-returnable goods are not eligible for returns. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Customers in the European Union may also return eligible items within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
